<p>We propose to make use of the new auto-renew feature on the coretime systemchain. This will send an XCM call to coretime and transact a <code>broker.enableAutoRenew</code> call for our current core 16 and our paraid 2015</p>
<p>The <a href="https://integritee.polkassembly.io/motion/65">last attempt </a>had errors not only in the transact call at its destination but also an outdated XCM version on our chain and a missing HRMP channel to coretime. This new batch call cleans it all up and has been tested with chopsticks:</p>
<ol>
<li>set default XCM version to V3</li>
<li>open HRMP channel to coretime</li>
<li>send a noop XCM (only to help debugging)</li>
<li>transact on coretime to enable auto-renew</li>
