Integritee AG proposes a runtime upgrade for Integritee Network.

# Enhancements

## Sidechain Finality

We have introduced a new finality algorithm for sidechains which is more robust than the previous one. [Incognitee](https://incognitee.io) will benefit from this innovation directly

## TEER XCM with Asset Hub

Our new runtime allows moving TEER to Asset Hub as a foreign asset. This also lays the foundation for bridging TEER between our Polkadot and Kusama parachains.

## Unpermissioned Collators

We now use the collator-selection pallet to manage the set of block-proposing collators. This allows anyone to submit candidacy for producing blocks subject to bonding 500 TEER . While Integritee AG and friends will continue running “invulnerable” collators, this change enhances decentralization and unstoppability in particular by accepting other block collators too. We will announce collator incentivization program separately
