In a previous referendum, we have burned TEER on integritee-kusama to issue them on integritee-polkadot:

While that burn mechanism was indeed irrevocable, it didn't actually reduce total supply on integritee-kusama. With TEER bridging enabled, we propose to clean up the burn destination to adjust total supply as the sum of the supply on all these chains. (Please note asset hubs are teleport destination, so their supply isn't keept in reserve on integritee chains)
