This bounty shall reimburse active collators of the Integritee Network with up to 300$/mt for optimal performance, to be paid out in TEER.

* The leading performance factor for Collators is block production, thus, rewards should be proportional to the ratio of blocks generated to blocks assigned.  In the event that the list of Permission-less Collators changes during the month, funds would be issued pro rata.
* Participants would NOT be compensated for any effects due to price volatility between the times that funds are disbursed and the time that they are claimable.
* candidacy requires bonding at least 500 TEER. candidates are NOT eligible to any staking returns regarding their bond
* bounty curators will not be paid for their service
